Hey Kim – love your blog! What a great idea. Saw that you plan to try black eyed peas and collard greens (good old Southern food!) and it made me think about okra. If you are looking for another veg to add to your list, you should give it a try. It’s used a lot in Cajun foods – in gumbo or fried and served as a side dish.
Hi…ok, so you told me about this 5 months ago, but after I suggested black eyed peas, I totally forgot. I was just browsing through your categories. How about for condiments veganaise and for grains wheatberries? Also, i think the 13 bean soup mix would have a couple of beans you haven’t tried yet!
